High Ratio Mortgage Program

Description: In the event that a client requires a mortgage in excess of 75% LTV, the High Ratio Mortgage is available to a maximum of 85% LTV based on their credit grade.

Term: One (1) year, Three (3) years or Five (5) years.

Maximum Amortization Period: 55 years.
